What we don't collect

Split Reel processes video entirely inside your browser. Your video files are never uploaded to us. We do not see their contents, filenames, or duration.

What we do collect

Billing information, handled by Stripe. We receive your email address, country, and subscription status. We never receive or store card numbers.
Your license key and its subscription state, so we can verify access.
Standard server logs for our licensing API — IP address and timestamp — retained for [30] days for security and abuse prevention.
Local storage on your device, holding your license key and a running total of how much video you have processed. This stays on your device.

Who we share it with

Stripe, our payment processor — stripe.com/privacy
Cloudflare, which serves the site and licensing API

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email support@vlogsplit.com. Deleting your account cancels your subscription.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages, governed by Stripe's policy.
