You can cancel any time from the billing portal in the app. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the current period.
Full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, no questions asked.
Full refund within 7 days of a charge if the tool didn't work for you.
Email support@vlogsplit.com with your license key. Refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
If a renewal caught you off guard and you hadn't used the tool since the last charge, tell us and we'll refund it. We'd rather do that than have you dispute the charge.
